michael j | First ImpressionsI rented a U-Haul truck and storage. On day 1 the extras I ordered were not in my truck which pushed my moving date back. I was told I would get a refund for the extra day I had to keep the truck along as for the items I did not have available to me and never did. I spoke with someone from the location and customer service on the phone. While moving my belongings I wasn’t able to access my storage at certain times. While moving I also experienced an unhoused man who claimed to work for U-Haul, I am not for certain if he did but he made me feel very uncomfortable as I moved my belongings. Upon me moving my belongings out I went to the office for assistance and received no help and was told they could not help me with me to which I called customer service and they told me that the office would be able to assist.
TIAKKA M | Overall Experience2 years 2 long i were a customer, different management, different rules and comments slowly changes made things uncomfortable & difficult. Rating from Excellent to Below Average. Bathroom were never cleaned & the Summer of 2025 were not equipt with air condition. I made a complaint to corperate, plus my price for storage went up. .
