great speed of transaction, the store setup and procedures allow maximum social distancing during the COVID19 pandemic. Friendly helpful staff. only two issues. first issue was I was given a storage space that already had a lock on it, but the friendly staff quickly resolved that issue by assigning me another storage space of size. Very small inconvenience but shows poor record keeping. I rented two storage spaces, 1 didn't have the provided padlock in it. I had an extra padlock so that worked itself out. There is no lighting at the non-climate controlled area when I had to unload at night, it maybe due to ongoing store renovation construction activities at the time.
My check in person was very professional, and friendly, and her co-workers ae well.

Extremely friendly staff. I am 7 months pregnant and moving and they wouldn’t let me lift a finger. Very nice people.

units were not marked correctly. Took quite some time to find our unit. Had to settle for an indoor unit. Lock was not readily available.
