Sandra C | First ImpressionsThey told ne they couldn't rent me a truck because one of us (me and my cousin) had issues with uhaul in the past, I never ever had business with uhaul so this was my first time. And later on... they sent me a message about the same truck talking about the truck you book etc... but they denied me the same truck. They went on to cancel the booking, I was confused about that action. Because I found another way to bring my own stuff yo the storage unit. So yeah that the only issue i had. Overall everything is cool.

Jeffrey M | Overall ExperienceI moved out of my storage unit in December 2025 and removed my lock on December 31, 2025, yet I’m still being charged. I’ve spoken with three different employees multiple times to confirm my move-out, and each time I was told it would be handled—but the charges continue. This reflects poor internal communication and follow-through. Very frustrating experience. I’m still waiting for this to be resolved.
