CATERINA S | Overall ExperienceSorry, but I had to give this particular location a low rating due to its location, it’s limited parking spots and too many rental trucks and trailers parked on the lot. Every day I went to the site, there was such bad congestion in the front lot which made getting to the lockup gate difficult and time consuming navigating around parked vehicles & trailers.
John M | Overall ExperienceI have not used the subject truck due to being in the hospital emegency room most of last night the 30th of MMay.i have cancer and was trying to make a move on the 30th and 31st. Im returning the truck early on the 31st due to a medical emergency.

They all have looked out for me and taking care of all of my needs when I say looked out meaning they’re very understanding if you have situations arise when I open my storage at that time, my son had just passed away. They were very understanding regarding payments. I would recommend them to anyone.

Yariela F | Overall ExperienceThe seals on the entry door is not sufficient. I had my storage for approximately 4 years. I never opened it until I was ready to vacate and noted many leaves and debris in my storage which had entered through the bottom of the entry door. I cleaned all the debris to turn over the unit back to U-Haul.
