JAMES P | Overall ExperienceWe had an issue where we didn't have a lock for our unit & had to buy one twice since we got 2 units. Then when we came back the employees had put another lock on our unit so when we came after office hours we were unable to get our stuff. Luckily Kasey the manager was very helpful the next day & gave us a month free for the inconvenience. Kasey was definitely the best customer service we received as well.
