Would be charged a late fee after being a couple days late would try to contact management without any success or response. Emails are very rude from the site manager.

Maria t | First ImpressionsWe lost half the contents to a fire/smoke/water damage in a near-by unit. Then, we had an issue with mold that I was told couldn't be possible because our units were climate controlled storage (they couldn't explain the black mold). And then our unit was broken into and items were stolen. Then you went up on the rent. When we moved out, we found LOTS of rat poop and urine on our items. And you're expecting a good review. The cherry on the sundae was being charged $1.98 for 2 miles extra on my truck rental when I moved out. That was for me to go to a gas station to fill up the truck. Buh bye!
