This was a nice storage but the price was really high for the little one I had. This isn’t what this is about though and why I gave 3 stars. Although I really did have no problem paying it what did it for me was the people I spoke to at the front office. Every time I spoke to someone they sounded annoyed and were rushing me ,then when I asked questions they sounded so UNSURE of their answers. They could be more friendly and welcoming. There was only one woman that was nice and professional.

The to storage assigned to rent was right in front of the entrance gate making it difficult to unload from the truck to the storage without other customers having to wait to move the truck out of the way of blocking the one way in or one way reoir
