Andrew was very nice and accommodating. I needed to move from one larger unit to a smaller unit in one day. Quite challenging. I got it done and had the first unit completely cleaned out early the next morning and he did not charge me. I very much appreciated it!

Tanya S | Overall ExperienceThe digital contract and check-in process through the uhaul app was dysfunctional, and it took 2 hours to complete, including an hour and a half on the phone w uhal customer assistance (who did everything they could to help, and an in-person discussion with the uhaul rental facility manager who refused to speak with the uhaul customer assistance person that was live on the line, because it was 10 minutes past clising time, even though I arrived and started the check-in process 75 minutes before closing time. The check in was a nightmare, eventually the app functioned properly. I it cost me 2-1/2 hours out of an important Sunday evening, when I had to be at work the next morning.

Could not access storage, called main line thru app and they couldn’t get a hold of them either. Neither place answered the phone for 2 days we were there. No information on storage unit once we got access. Horrible customer service.
