GERALD M | First ImpressionsThe location was well run and easy to use. All went well til we picked up our items in the unit. All the items in the back corner had been drenched by a recent heavy rain. It was also wet on the floor. When we looked up, an area about 2 sq ft had been duct taped. So they knew there was a problem and they still rented the unit!!!! I took pictures of the duct taped ceiling, and the wet items and the wet floor. I showed them to the employee when I checked out. I asked if there was any type of compensation . The reply was that I had not purchased their Safe Storage option so he couldn’t do anything.
