A couple things I noticed is the abandoned trailer next to mine and a truck leaking gas in the lot that had flat tires as well. That trailer when I was on my roof checking seals has a broken roof vent and I’m sure there are creatures in it and is probably quite water damaged. The bushes behind the trailers have Black Widow Spiders, I was almost bitten by one taking off my wheel covers and there were several more. Other than that, it was a fine place to store the trailer.
