The Employee was inside all by himself. I had to wait a long time, before I was waited on & he never, ever, said thank you to me. I rented a truck & I rented a Storage Unit.

The overall experience was excellent. The personnel were the very best- helpful, courteous and professional. I would gladly recommend this facility, and staff, to anyone needed excellent service. It would be great if move out payments were prorated. I checked out 12 days earlier. This is NOT a drawback, though. I am well pleased with this experience. Mary Massie Barnes
