Susan C | First ImpressionsI had a difficult tine finding reading materials in my unit there was no light in unit 33 and majority of my items . I had to drag the boxes into the hallway of the building to read that I require during those moment, I had to bring my own light system. All other service was great. Thanks to all of the staff. Blessings
DOLLY E | Overall ExperienceI got what I paid for. The only issue I had was when I terminated the rental, was the person who I dealt with. He didn’t really show any interest in serving me. Verbal communication was an issue and I repeatedly had to ask that the transaction was cancelled. I left feeling that possibly I would see another rental charge for the unit at the end of November.
BRUCE R | Overall ExperienceI reserved a drive up storage unit weeks in advance to my move in date. When I arrived they told me it’s first come first serve for units. I don’t understand why there would be an option for reserving a drive up unit if it’s first come first serve. They had to give me an interior unit which was harder to unpack into because of the longer trips down the hall. Also since this is an interior unit it was more expensive, costing me an extra $70 a month for a unit that I did not want. The staff were not able to provide any help.
William M | First ImpressionsI had a unit for 3 months and then you raised the monthly fee by over $10 a month. I don't appreciate nearly immediate rate hikes so I emptied my unit and came up with an alternative.

Michael C | Overall ExperienceI was not impressed with the fact that I was not informed about the accessibility to the unit. I was promised 24 hour accessibility on my move in date. I was not given access after hours to open the bay doors to move in my items. I had accessed the sliding door which was very inconvenient. I called the after hours number and no resolution was attempted.

Ann T | First ImpressionsWas advised @ time of securing my unit that I would need a security swipe card to access my unit without setting off alarms. Upon checking in I was informed no card needed, just stop by to get the gate key for my area of units. Just return (this) gate key before 7pm. I said wouldn't others need this key? She said yes, but just return it b4 7pm, closing time. After seeing my unit, with the games that secure this area wide open, I went to return the gate key. She informed me I would need to sign the key out and then back in into a log book. I asked if the security gates are aleay open and she said during open hours. I asked why I need to sign the key out and in and she said I don't need to. Why all of this unecessary verbiage? Also within my storage drive up access the rolled insulation in my units being is falling down and half missing. Pretty sure I should not be Subject to that matter falling from the ceiling as a matter of health. For $250 / month I would expect way better than this! Kurt Weber 248 819 1151
