Awesome friendly staff that go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. Prompt quick service and ease of getting what I wanted when deciding on the size of trailer I needed. Customer appreciation at its finest.

One tire was badly damaged and over-inflated, and the other was under-inflated. Max psi pressures didn't match (30 psi and 50 psi).

I am always very pleased with my experiences with this location! I actually go out of my way, including paying bridge tolls, just to use this location because I can rely and depend on them so much! Thank you guys, keep being awesome!

They have me a tagged out car hauler with big chunk of tread missing out of tire and within a hr of renting it I had pump it up and then I get email saying my trailer is due back in 6 hrs even though I paid for 24 hrs bit of faulse advertising there ..

Equipment was clean, but when I had the truck under load (about 7000 lbs) a bearing was squealing and the brakes would squeak as well

Need locations on the Halifax side

Only challenge was that I booked a 10 ft and the night before pick up someone called to tell me that I’d either have to drive an hour away or pick it up or take a 26 ft truck. It ended up working out but that was a hassle since I had driven 3 hrs to Halifax to pick it up.... and was traveling from Ottawa. Annoying to spend time on the phone figuring it out and trying to figure out backup plan.

What you are missing here is a way to rate the Uhaul corporate experience of actually getting the inventory that has been requested. Dealing with Uhaul corporate for booking and coordination of inventory is painful at the best of times, but we just had one of the worst Uhaul experiences ever. It included - making a reservation for a trailer that was listed as available on the website, months in advance - being told 2 days before trailer pickup that the size we reserved was not available in Canada at all and that we were assigned a smaller one - we were then told the smaller one was not available and the only options were a trailer that was so big it would exceed the weight limit of our vehicle OR a trailer that was too small to fit our stuff in - I had to take on the proactivity of finding all this out and had to hand-hold or badger Uhaul corporate staff for us to get a product that would even reasonably work. The fact that Uhaul, a company who's entire purpose is to manage an inventory of trucks and trailers, is unable to know where or when its inventory will be available until 2 days prior to the requested move date, is unacceptable. Period. Get your act together. Uhaul, through the ineptitude of it's corporate staff and inability to manage it's inventory, almost jeopardized this cross-country move wherein we transported our whole life thousands of kilometres away. If it wasn't for my actions and an unnecessary amount of stress and panic on my end, we would have been stuck with all our stuff packed in boxes with no home and no ability to leave. This is frankly unbelievable, egregious, and completely unacceptable. To be clear, the staff at both the pickup and dropoff locations were great and helpful. Granted, all the painful work had been done at that point. In short, I came away with the impression that 1) Uhaul is so poorly run that I am amazed the company is still able to operate as a viable business, 2) the corporate staff is incompetent, apathetic, and generally unhelpful, and 3) we will absolutely look for alternative options for our next move. I will absolutely be spreading the word that Uhaul is woefully unorganized and a surefire way to add stress, difficulty, and anxiety to any move. Niel MacIntyre
