The only is we reserved an appliance dolly over 2 weeks in advance and when got there they didnt have any. Thats was very dissapointing but other than that everything was fine.

My tv was damaged and I didn’t get paid for it

I rated it poorly because i cleaned out my storage and they proceeded to charge me for two months rent back to back when it was already cleaned out. Leaving me with no money is honestly ridiculous and I'm very upset waiting for my money to be refunded to me

Couldn't get into storage with code to gate like we supposed to have .Gm johnson kept avoiding Calls and appointment to resolve storage issue to close account.. my wife was in the account and then said she couldn't close accountbwithout my approval called and tey to talk to Shawn Fullerton. Marketing supervisor .took off our lock 2 months ago but they wouldn't resolve the issue in timely manner instead wasted our time money. Storage 289.he never called back . Left many messages through customer service. .it was a overall bad experience. It had oil and grease spills in storage before we moved in .and they didn't clean it before we moved in.door was extreme hard to lift up and down was stuck.
