Frank L. | Overall ExperienceI didn't have a problem until there was a price change after a signed agreement it somewhat bothered me because these aren't the things that are told to you as a renter as to being a possibility, hence what if you guys had decided to increase fees statewide of $40 what do would your renters have to do if they cannot make that payment or move out upon request that just makes me feel my personal possessions isn't important or to UHaul my belongings have little to no value as the company can put a price on someone's personal preference on what they considered valuable or irreplaceable.
