Every person I called and talked to because I needed help went above and beyond to help me. I remember two names Troy and frank but there was several more because I had to rent at the last minute with not a lot of money and so I had to call a few times and figure it out but every member I spoke with was absolutely amazing.

David D | First ImpressionsU-Haul is trying to move to automation, I get it, but the gate code that was texted to me didn’t work. U-Haul noted that I had access to the facilities as early as 5 AM (NOT). Your staff at headquarters transferred me 4 times. I got nowhere. Had to park at the facility to wait until 10 AM for someone to show up. This was by far the worst U-Haul Experience I have ever had. I will a-la-cart from now on. Penske and self storage from this point forward.
