I vacated 2 & 1/2 weeks before my payment date, and I was told no refund, I find that to be just wrong and it’s bad for business. Customers should be told this at the start!!!

Eugene P | Overall ExperienceWhen lift the door open it was hard to lift up. There was pinch bugs aunts in there. I recommend if getting one get a climate control. I think the price is way too high for people out there struggling. We had that bad storm hurricane and I couldn’t get to the storage unit it was flooded where I live. People don’t believe in helping in a bad situation it is so sad. The gate on the exit you have to get out of your car to put the code in to get out. Other than that it was ok. I just tell what I think and had. I was never late with my rent.
