Upon moving out early because of their horrible quality and just overall not a great place, these devils refused to answer my question. I asked if I can get a refund in a text after they relentlessly texted and emailed me asking if I moved out. I told them yes and asked if I can get a refund. They showed me how much of a couple of "men" they are, by hiding like a scared little girl. I moved back to Phoenix. U-Haul HQ is right here. I'm going to their office and spilling the beans on them. They're turd thieves.
Drew H | Overall ExperienceThey screwed up on the billing and charged another card without permission, also some how the names on a unit was switched without either party being present, and payment was stopped on 3 different months which was never stopped in my end and I was mins from losing the storage due to there mix up and no one could give me.a reason or explain what happened in any of these situations, and I'm still out a bunch of money and lost one unit due to their screw up, I would NEVER recommend U haul for a storage facility!!
