NELSON L | First ImpressionsI had to ask several people Who were there in the parking lot, the procedure for coming and going out of the facility. I had no idea about how to properly enter and disarm my unit. Also was not sure how to use the indoor loading docks. There are multiple keypads and wasn’t sure of the proper procedure. This was never explained to me.
