RYAN C | Overall ExperienceStaff was great. They were always assessable. Everything was great. A lot of trees in the area so after wind storms or rain, there were a lot of tree debris that needed to be cleaned.

Had to call Lawton office to get my account straight. Has a new manager so things MIGHT get better but buyer, beware!

BILL R | Overall ExperienceStorage unit was very dirty, cob webs and mouse droppings everywhere. Has a 4" wide gap in back wall, open to outside. Charged an " admin" fee for what? Does not allow partial months rent. Now wants me to do a move out evaluation when I am just moving in.
Gary E | Overall ExperienceThe gate was never closed over night, the few times it was closed access codes wouldn't work preventing access to the storage units. The facility/staff were fine however security was not good.
