Great, friendly customer service!
Bret WI had to drive to Edmond a day early to pickup the 10 ft truck. I needed it before 8:00 am and this location doesn't open until 9:00. The extra charge 19 miles feels a little harsh after I had to pic it up a day early , find a hotel, drive back to the location where we reached our storage bldg. I think I will try Penske next time I need a rental truck.
