Rodney M | First ImpressionsThe facility seems secure My rent should have been pro-rated when I moved out. There is not sufficient lighting inside the temp controlled unit. The inside temp was 80* when we moved out yesterday!

Also don’t understand why you would remove the previous owners drive up unit for entering our codes. Now we have to get out of the vehicle to enter the code. Seems silly. The person at the counter is great.

MOST importantly I want to thank Bridget in the Elberta AL office for being so kind and caring when she leased my unit to me. When I first contacted her I got sick and forgot to call her and let her know. When she had the opportunity to rent it to someone else she called to check if I still wanted it. As a disabled person it meant the world to me that she thought of me and called. I will ALWAYS recommend U-haul of Foley and Elberta AL. These are the best most caring people that I have had the pleasure to deal with. I want to Thank them with ALL of my heart ❤️. Again thank you Ms Mary and most of all, thank you Bridget
