I should have looked at the storage unit before reserving. I was under the assumption i was getting ONE big unit I reserved for instead they gave me two separate units without my knowledge until I got there and by then it was to late to change it and all my belongings were absolutely packed to the max and I can’t even get into my units. I did not reserve two units. I wanted one big one. It is a total inconvenience for myself and the movers. They do not have enough or big enough flat beds to put your belongings on and you have to make a hundred trips and have to transport through an elevator. Huge inconvenience and very time consuming. I should have went to the Pittsburgh ave U-Haul instead where it’s drive up units. I do not recommend this place.
