Peggy B | First ImpressionsOverall good facility and served its purpose. I had one minor inconvenience during my rental period where my unit was locked and tagged despite auto paying on time. The front desk person was even perplexed as to why my unit was flagged and locked. I liked the convenience of the online set up and self registration. I was given a unit that had a damaged handle but was still able to lock the unit. I was asked if I had damaged the handle upon closing my storage unit. I assumed they would have already cataloged that damage in having me rent the unit in the first place.

I love using UHAUL for anything to do with moving or storage for these particular reasons. The whole facility was really nice as well and really convenient. Ryan was also really helpful and resourceful as well as the guy running around moving the trucks and maintaining them. Great crew of people.
