The staff at the desk, the cleaning staff, and customer service representatives were very helpful, friendly, and engaged in the interactions. The space is so clean and bright. I love how secure it feels as well.

Lori S | Overall ExperienceWasn’t a huge fan of the limited hours for access. I have a pretty busy schedule and usually have time to access later at night or early in the morning. My previous unit had 24/7 access. WiFi was a nice added feature to have as my last unit didn’t have any. The building always felt like something was wrong or broken. Building smelt like feces for a month, bathrooms were broken, trash was scattered, garage door was broken for multiple months, and I couldn’t access my unit for a week during the cold streak in January and had to keep everything in my car until they decided to unlock the garage doors.
