How U-Haul Reviews WorkBrenda O was awesome! She was so helpful and personable. It is quite easy to rent a truck or trailer.
Michelle A | Overall ExperienceIt was perfect
Karen P | Overall ExperienceManager Dion did an outstanding job setting me up with my storage units! Great personality and even helped me unload 2 carts of totes! Such a nice employees!
belva h | First ImpressionsThe alarm that goes off every time I open my unit door is annoying.
KEITH S | Overall ExperienceThis is my second unit at the location the manger is great to work with
Andrew S | Online Move InI came there with an emergency when the movers I hired were damaging my new home in the move. The staff their was a amazingly helpful and got me set up with 2 units in no time. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs storage or a truck.
Mike n | Overall ExperienceIt was a beautiful day and so quick and easy
Karen P | First ImpressionsThe lady that helped me was so nice and helpful.
Tamera G | First ImpressionsAbsolutely 💯 % satisfactory
IZETTA W | Overall ExperienceI will only recommend if you deal with Chase. He was AMAZING and took care of my situation immediately. Those are the people you want working for you. The girl I dealt with on July 13th, NO WAY! The worst. She didn’t want to work. It was 10:30am, she was SO busy waving her hands up at the ceiling and my daughter and I were the only ones in the store beside the other worker behind the desk. But please, recognize Chase for his EXCELLENT customer service!
Kristi D | Overall ExperienceEveryone was very helpful
REBECCA S | First ImpressionsWorst experience I have had with a storage facility. I reserved a storage unit 2 weeks prior to our move. Upon my arrival to the storage facility I was told that the unit we reserved was given to someone else. I was told that although you can reserve a unit, U-Haul operates on a first come first serve basis. So much for customer service.
