All my furniture and boxes were covered in mice droppings and urine. I never had any mice or bugs from the resident I moved my belongings from. Several of items had to be thrown out because they were literally covered in mice urine and mice droppings. I had to purchase several different products to try and disinfect and try to get the smell out of clothing, furniture and other personal items. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The staff makes you feel you need to grab any size storage that's available, at that moment, because it may not be there tomorrow. So the only available storage b4 I left for Oregon was a 5×10, which I paid for. Come to find out, the day we got back a larger unit was available. A 10×10, which i needed & got. I canceled the 5×10. I assumed a credit wld be given being that it never was used. But Noooooo. I paid a whole month's rent for nothing!! That is not good business practice!! I had hoped credit cld be given to the larger unit I got.
