Jimmy H | Overall ExperienceI only had this 5×10 storage for 5 days with nothing in it yet, as we were still driving from Oregon. I hate your non-existent waiting list. The staff makes you feel you need to grab any size storage that's available, at that moment, because it may not be there tomorrow. So the only available storage b4 I left for Oregon was a 5×10, which I paid for. Come to find out, the day we got back a larger unit was available. A 10×10, which i needed & got. I canceled the 5×10. I assumed a credit wld be given being that it never was used. But Noooooo. I paid a whole month's rent for nothing!! That is not good business practice!! I had hoped credit cld be given to the larger unit I got.

Veronica Y | First ImpressionsThe original facility that has been upgraded with additional units is a quagmire maze. While there is a map, the unit I got is not yet on that map. In addition, it is at the very back of the facility, so a long maze walk to get to my unit. There is a garage door near my unit, but I was told, per corporate, it is going to be blocked off and concrete blocks placed in front of it. NOT USER FRIENDLY!!! Having access near my unit would make better sense to me, especially for the rate we are paying for 24/7 access to a 10x10 unit. Too often I’ve seen businesses short change the customer, because a manager has their hands tied by corporate decisions who don’t understand the full ramifications their policies do to customers at a specific location. You are the second company I’ve reviewed in the last week that did not put customers and staff as their first priority. I also have a MA in Transformational Leadership - knowledge of organizations and the ability to consult on operational processes and ensuring your number one resource stays number one; your employees!!!
