I used the Flagstaff location and had the best treatment that I could ever ask for. A young man named Sam helped me through a worry that I had because I couldn't pay my bill. You see I have brain cancer and I thought that I was going to lose my storage. Thanks to Sam telling me about the bill forgiveness policy I was able to things.Also Sam even made it possible for me to send my permission to him to allow two of my friends to come pack my belongings and bring it all to me Thanks Sam you are the best.

Your services are so I overpriced I can believe it. I rented a much larger unit for my daughter at cube smart in Tempe for a fraction of the price you charge for your storage rooms. I will utilize my 30 free days for a literal hole in the wall, and then take my business elsewhere. Shame on you uhaul. 89 dollars a month for a 5×5. Smaller than a trailer closet. Wow. Just wow.

I came back a little later to find someone else going in amd was able to enter buildings however my unit did not contain a lock (representative said one would be there in unit) and was not able to place any items in the storage unit on the holiday. The next day I was with Sam and received a lock and he made sure I could use the entry card however when I went to unit the unit was locked with green lock. The housekeeping staff locked it thinking it was a dirty unit since there was no lock. I had to wait about 30 minutes for housekeeeping to unlock unit.
