simply out...it has gotten too expensive. My unit didn't have any lighting in it. There were signs of mice that I hope I didn't bring home with me when I cleaned it out. There were no trash cans anywhere so when I swept it out there was no place to dispose of the dust and mouse droppings. Bottom line...I felt almost $200 for a 10X10 is excessive.

The whole process was easy and entirely non contact with anybody. I just disarmed the security my unit and pulled off the tag and everything I needed was inside the unit waiting for me to get started.
Hans J | Online Move InManagement has poor rude unprofessional attitude, staff gave me wrong unit number and code didn’t work, pick up U-Haul put in incorrect instructions and no one gave me a call back to fix the issue, drop off U-Haul was a mess. I was emotional when dropping off finally the truck and my entire experience was horrific. Never will I use U-Haul again.
