Mark R | Overall ExperienceThis facility is spotless and extremely well lit. It even smells good. There are always multiple staff members around if you need help or have a question. When I come here alone, I don't feel like it is creepy and worry about safety. There aren't stragglers just hanging around. I moved to this facility from another, because of this very reason. I highly recommend this business.
Amanda L | First ImpressionsThe guys and gal at the Huntington street store were friendly and helpful. Especially the day I returned the van I rented. I forgot my car keys at home. They let call my sister from their phone (because I left my phone at home). While I waited they offered to call an Uber if I wanted. Another offered a slice of the pizza they ordered for lunch. That was above and beyond. They were all awesome. Thank you guys!!!

A young man named Sam helped me through a worry that I had because I couldn't pay my bill. You see I have brain cancer and I thought that I was going to lose my storage. Thanks to Sam telling me about the bill forgiveness policy I was able to things.Also Sam even made it possible for me to send my permission to him to allow two of my friends to come pack my belongings and bring it all to me Thanks Sam you are the best.
