Desk clerk didn’t know her way around the storage yard. The entire process took 45 minutes. She was super nice just not really knowledgeable. Also online it was supposed to be around 50 for the 15 foot for 6 hours. I get into the store and it’s 160. I wasn’t thrilled about that. Not any instructions on what to do on drop off so I parked it left keys in it and kept the gas on full.
