I've rented trucks and also used them for storage and I had great customer service. They do a really good job. You can pull your vehicle inside to load and unload and the storage area has ac. Will be a repeat customer if I need another rental

Tarron R | Overall ExperienceFurniture was stored there from 2022 to 2025. When I moved furniture out, it was covered in mold. Facility also had mold/water damage on ceiling tiles, had missing/broken ceiling tiles, and missing lights. When I moved in the facility was new and clean. Over the last 3 years they have added about 200 new units and the change in temperature and humidity resulted in mold development. However, since I didn’t take out an insurance policy through them, they refuse to cover damage. “Not our problem. She didn’t get a policy through us.” That is what the manager said multiple times. During my rental there was a lot of construction inside (Bruce said the back bay was the only door they used. It’s close to my unit), there were multiple power outages resulting in temp change, and there were several times the front door was standing wide open and I didn’t have to use my key card to access entry into the building. I have pictures, contacted corporate, and filed a claim. I had over $10,000 worth of furniture damaged. My renters insurance also denied the claim since U-Haul told them that there were no water leaks or wind damage to cause the mold INSIDE a climate controlled facility.
