STANLEY A | Overall ExperienceThe facility is outdated. It should be told that the units are small. I’m 6 foot tall and I was hitting my head on the top of the roof. The units have no lights in it so it’s dark inside the unit. It’s a shame they have great customer service at this place and the facility is outdated. They were very helpful. I had a unit on the top floor. I had to go up steps and I’m a disabled bedroom. They accommodated me within five minutes and put me on the first floor Plenty of equipment to use the doors entering the facility should have a double door instead of a single door, it would help people not bumping all their furniture going in and out once again great customer service, but the facility is outdated.
