I love the crew. They are wonderful, great help enthusiastic and also have great personalities. Yeah great thing to be around and I’ll always come back to do any storage room with them.

Bertha W | First ImpressionsThe facility is kept clean. However, the 2 units I was assigned are VERY OLD. It looks like a dungeon, very scary and creepy. The floors are gross inside the units. The locks are old and rusty and doesn't work on one of my units. I did not want to leave my items here but had no choice at the time because I reserved this place sight unseen due to moving from another state. Had I seen the units first, I would have requested 2 newer units or not left my belongings here at all. The staff are working on repairing the lock. It's also a pain to swipe in. I have to swipe multiple times between the 3 consoles after hours. Andrea has been very helpful. Her assistant is appreciated.
