No customer care. Hard to work with. Out right lied to the customer. Didn't open on time. Probably will not use Uhaul again.

I notice the staff member had other people looking at storage. He took them in. Gave them a tour. The employee who set up my storage. He had trouble using my debit and credit card. I had to finally go get money from the ATM to pay for the storage. Finally when I got back he shows me how to enter the building. Making sure my card was working correctly. That was it. Had no idea where to park. The Movers had their own equipment. But used some of yours. I’m sorry I would not recommend anyone to use your storage. It seemed that they just didn’t want to be bothered.

Mark W | First ImpressionsStaff was very rude I then found out it was the manager Dylan. He followed up on the complaint which I thought was wrong. I has a reservation that they didn't want to give me. I did get the 50 for not getting my reservation making ne spend more money on a day if a hotel because I was late. Yes they gave me the $50 for not giving me my reservation, but as far as being rude and laughing at me when I told them I had to pay 200 for another day in my hotel they just brushed it off. I was going to keep my storage but decides to go elsewhere because Dylan thinks it's OK to be rude and laugh at customers when I was already going through alot and did not have extra money topay fir another room. I feel I should have been compensate for him treating me the way he did but he just got away with it. I would not recommend and I feel Dylan should treat his customers that have did business 3+tines in less than a month and had a storage unit
