They jumped up the monthly price. The garage doors never worked properly, even with the garage door opener. While moving out, they didn’t open at all so we had to go around the long way to load our trailer. Our code never worked near the garage doors. We purposely got a storage unit near them to use them. Pointless.

There would be times when I would ask for help. Another customer would come in after me. I would be asked if I could wait because this customer has reservations. My asking would be as simple as my card not working. I was never shown how to use my card. Just swipe it here and here. Was never given a tour. But I watched other customers given the full tour.

My check out experience wasn't great, there were some issues with other customers who had reservations for new storage units, but they got it done without needing me to be present which I appreciated! I would highly recommend U-haul for storage and wish my new unit was as nice as the old one (still U-haul but same cost for a smaller climate controlled unit because I moved and wanted the unit closer to me).
