Marilyn H | Overall ExperienceLock was supposed to be included in rental but was not left in unit, not a big deal as I had plenty of padlocks so I placed one on the unit and notified them I had done so. Came back to remove some boxes and unit was locked due to "improper lock" which was their fault, and they were notified. The explanation was they only had a tool to cut that style lock (the lock they put on it was just like mine by the way). They're also way overpriced, moved to a larger unit for almost a third of the price with Public Storage

Overall not super happy with the fact that I was promised a free month because I rented a truck as well but when I checked in to start using storage the unit no free month. Obviously overall hasn't stopped me from using the service but does kind of leave a little bit of a aftertaste about the whole experience. Online customer service was unhelpful trying to make up the difference.
