Requested to drop trailer at different location different from storage location. Asked the staff and said it was perfectly okay to drop at the same place. Guys were great!!

AARON J | First ImpressionsI first had to sign up on line to reserve a unit. Was not successful. Couldn't finish because it kept saying that my postal code wasn't correct. Each time you repeat the process. You can only think that your credit card is going to be charged again. When I got back to the office I was relieved because the staff on duty was helpful and friendly. Before it changed to uhaul . I was able to get military discount. Now I don't. For that reason I'll be looking for other options elsewhere. I kept it this time because of availability.

DONALD K | Overall ExperienceIt was a sunny day when I first saw the storage unit, empty with a rusty door hinge. I knew at this moment, that I had made it in business as I was now able to afford excessive U-haul prices for a small storage unit. The pock marked wall and the crumbly floor made me feel at ease. We loaded out equipment into the unit and managed to close the creaking door, commencing our relationship with U-haul and all they have to offer. Owners and employees alike can now rest assured that our tools are mostly safe.

wayne m | Online Move InMy dump trailer was stolen from facility! Main gate was left open , and to my understanding facility has been having issues with theft and was not told about the issue. Going to cost me a lot of money to replace. I will never use or recommend this facility again!

SHARON R | Overall ExperienceOne of the main reasons I rented from Stow-It-All was because they offered 24 hour access to my stuff. U-haul does not. Because of this I may wind up moving my belongings to a different storage facility, which is a shame because on January 5th I will have been using the facility for a whole year.
