The staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. A gentlemen by the Name of Arthur and two other men, a young white male and an older African American male were my contacts. BRIAN H | First ImpressionsWe chose this place because of location we were moving from. We got water damage on a lot of out boxes we discovered when we left. They were in the back right side on the floor, left side had large and plastic items. We noticed a smell in the beginning and purchased mold eliminator containers for the unit and changed them many times. but we still got damage on our back lower boxes. Not good for household items to be stored. Maybe good for tools or garage equipment. Units need to be resealed, and door need to be weather sealed many crickets and bugs were in our unit each time we went there. Employees there were very friendly and kind. Good people bad grounds. Needs to be overhauled with all the income coming in they need to put something back into the very old, unsealed damaged property. My things are important that was why I paid for storage feel very disappointed now that I have been able to get my things back.
