Thankyou Uhaul for making my experience here in Gainesville Fl a bright experience,and far better than the horrible mistakes made and lack of responsibility in South Sarasota Florida with problems with the truck and disregard to respect,and my time line to get on the road, plus helping Uhaul deliver a car dolly here to Gainesville. The Manager at the Sarasota/ Bradenton Airport location immediately handed everything turning a time costing, frustrated experience into a successful journey and relationship with Uhaul. Thankyou Uhaul for making my move a complete success.

PATRICIA C | Overall ExperienceThe were a few times where the elevator didn't work and the front doors sliding doors didn't work. Which means that I couldn't access my unit and I had to wait for days. I wish they had compensated me in some way but that never happened. I don't even think they were really that apologetic they were just said that they had to wait just like everybody else for the person who fixes things to come and fix it.

Only issue I had was when I first signed up, my information defaulted to another person's contact info for primary contact (from past storage arrangements) and it took some work to get my information switched over. I missed the first notice of payment because of this, but was better for the rest.
