LENARD G | Overall ExperienceYour district manager closed out our unit when we had not fully moved out and were paid up for the month still. They had to reinstate our contract. Thankfully we happened to go by the unit and were locked out to discover this had happened before something could have happened with our stuff.
Zelletta W | Overall ExperienceI’d like to mention the lady named Rachel, I believe she does the cleaning services at least in the big storage area. I don’t know her outside of U-Haul so she’s not a personal friend it’s just that whenever we speak in passing in the hallway, her attitude and personality are pleasant. Plus the place is always clean! The front counter staff and personnel have always been very professional and polite and respectful. 👍
Christine R | Overall ExperienceWhen I got to the storage unit assigned to me, it was locked. This was exactly after the opening times for the customer office. I called the phone support and it was said to me that nothing could be done until the next day, but I was with a whole rental truck of stuff to fill in the storage unit. By luck, my friend found an employee going out of the office and he could help changing our unit, but but U-Haul mess, I almost had bigger troubles.
Fernando A | First ImpressionsI booked a unit months in advance and it was confirmed the week before and then when I arrived at the location in Gainesville, I was told they didn’t have the unit so I was very upset, but the manager and customer service representative rectified it and gave us a good deal so in the end, I was pleased.
