I had reserved my climate controlled unit for a month before moving in. When I arrived at the facility I was first notified that my unit was no longer available and the only substitution I was given was a not climate controlled unit. This reservation was made well in advance.

So you have to go through the gate to the other side of the building and walk through the to access the back door with the ramp. Not convienent.
Derrick B | Overall ExperienceJust moving from Pennsylvania and getting treated and lied on at that location like I did is scary the worker that is there is rude and lies and is very dirty they only clean one part of the storage unit an that is the front where the people will only see the place has mildew all in the big back units around all the 400 and up downstairs where I was I am trying to build a care on them as I speak I will never deal with uhaul storage ever again in my life just because the worst experience ever just moving from Pennsylvania to Florida never again.
