I was told my storage and drop off were the same location. FALSE. Storage facility was not open on sunday. Caused more gas mileage and another day to unload. Had to miss work. Storage had roaches

The unit was not clean. Had some sort of residue on the floor. The top was open, which could allow rodents and roaches in. They changed their hours in the middle of my stay. From 8am-10pm to 9am-5pm

Took over an hour to rent the storage unit-computer issues. Upon move out there was 2 weeks min left-no refund given by facility and the rep did not know this-I had to call back-20+mins call time.

We only had stuff in our storage unit for 2 weeks and several of our boxes and furniture had roaches in them when we moved them out. They need to take care of their bug problem. Expensive too.

This facility needs a lot of work!! The day I removed my belongings I was locked in behind the gate and had no way of getting out. They should check the grounds and make sure everyone it out!

This facility is filled with rodents and roaches. I have never had roaches before, and every single box we moved out of there was completely infested with roaches and covered in mouse poop. DISGUSTING
