Security locking system down, loading doors not useable, bathroom unavailable (locking system), rodent trap in unit upon moving in, moving cart/dolley difficult to get over garage loading area. Asked front desk if larger unit available (online was showing unit available) but worker said no units available and. seemed completely uninterested in assisting. If I was not on a time crunch and needing to return rental truck by certain time, I would have cancelled my unit and gone elsewhere.

Donna D. | Overall ExperienceThe only complication or issue that I have is the fact that I set the alarm off when I went into my unit last night for the first time but it's probably because it was the first time I had gone in and it might not have said to the 24-hour access into the system yet but I apologize for having the alarm go off I will be moving my things mostly at night into the units for now and maybe until my move is done in a week or so and I hope that me answering my unit at night does not cause the alarms to go off again other than that this place is amazing I love you all I miss working here actually it is a great place to work and it's also a great place to feel safe with my belongings being stored properly with no Intruders messing with it or any damage being done to my belongings thank you
