Jason J | First ImpressionsThe staff is friendly and helpful. Too bad the abandoned mall the storage facility is located is not secure and prone to break ins and trespassing. Also some of the outside keypads don't function. This is not U Haul of Galesburg's fault but rather the owner of the abandoned mall the business is located in. The staff keeps the storage facility clean, but the florescent lights are falling, especially towards the rear of the facility. If I were the business owner I'd be upset with the mall ownership. This used to be a 24 hour facility, but with the break-ins and no security they are now 12 hours only.

Penny B | First ImpressionsOnly problem is that the key pads for entry are not working. I don't think that is the fault of the staff though. Hopefully the key pads will be fixed soon. I also understand that there are not entry cards available to use at the key pads.
daniel s | First ImpressionsUnfortunately, Maintenace had not fixed the access pad to the main storage door. Had to "key" in in the office. Which required the" man door" to be unlocked during accessible hours. 24 hour access was not available for the past 3-4 months, access was only during office hours. Staff was apologetic about the Maintenace and access times.
