Daquan M | Online Move InStaff response is very poor. Walked in without a reservation and was told all trailers were reserved. Sat in my truck in the parking lot and reserved a trailer. Walked back in and left with that trailer. Cleaned out my storage space and went back in office to inform them my area was cleared. One employee detailing HIS vehicle the other watching videos on his phone. Asked for assistance after several minutes and was then assisted. Just poor customer service. Used the trailer and returned the trailer the next day. I won't use this facility again.

James K | Overall ExperienceThe only issue we experienced was sketchy people hanging around the storage units in the back watching what unit we went to it was reported to the office and they had police escort them off the property. Happened about two times same people.

SHERRI B | Overall ExperienceI’ve rented a climate control unit with the intent to not he deal with pest or rodents. I had the unit a little over a year. When I returned to move my things I was greeted by a unit full of moths.. Breeding in my unit. Now had I known or been advised to use moth bakls in the” climate controlled unit” I would have done so. I had to discard nearly all of my clothes and living ro furniture due the breeding of moths in them. It was very warm inside of the building and the moths were flying all over the second floor.
Quantega H | Overall ExperienceGeneral manager is horrible. Region manager and VP manager are terrible representatives for the company. Not organized. They lie and try to use the system to get over on customers. Rude and disrespectful. Very non professional. They abuse authority. Try to use any location beside the garner, nc one. Plenty of bad reviews on the website about the location and manager! They need a whole new BETTER management team!!
