The site didn’t have the size of unit that I reserved online a few days prior. The staff was able to get me into a storage unit that was available
MICHAEL B | First ImpressionsI really and honestly appreciate the opportunity to had my things there and with so much going on my daughter took a hard critically fall backwards I really needed my things from this storage facility I kept the storage for over five years I would of appreciated most if they could of allowed us to get out some of our things. BC we spent a lot of years trying to keep up our storage so that this wouldn't of happen to us a lot of quality things just sold from right out from us as a customer for as long as we were there this happen.

Daquan M | Online Move InStaff response is very poor. Walked in without a reservation and was told all trailers were reserved. Sat in my truck in the parking lot and reserved a trailer. Walked back in and left with that trailer. Cleaned out my storage space and went back in office to inform them my area was cleared. One employee detailing HIS vehicle the other watching videos on his phone. Asked for assistance after several minutes and was then assisted. Just poor customer service. Used the trailer and returned the trailer the next day. I won't use this facility again.

James K | Overall ExperienceThe only issue we experienced was sketchy people hanging around the storage units in the back watching what unit we went to it was reported to the office and they had police escort them off the property. Happened about two times same people.
