The service elevator was broken, but they did not let us know, so I found out by calling through the video call box -- they could have let us know just 10 minutes earlier when showing us how to find our storage space. So my 20-year-old daughter and I lugged all her things up non-air conditioned stairs, including a heavy couch, for several hours on an extreme heat day.
