The facility itself was very lit and clean very easy to access to my storage and all the staff seem to be very helpful whenever I had an issue definitely would recommend
Rosa M | Overall ExperienceI am troubled that anyone can walk in to the climate.controlled building without a code. As a single woman I saw a homeless man rummaging through the items that renters have left in the front lobby. On leaving, there was another homeless man exiting who asked me for a cigarette and then he went outside and plugged his cellphone into an outlet on the side of the building. We have a fairly large homeless population here and they are using the facility to stay cool in the heat. It makes.me feel unsafe. I told the front office and they said it is corporate policy. I find that unacceptable. No one should be able to access the building except renters.

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful and made it easy to store or remove goods from storage unit. I would definitely look to U-haul first the next time I need storage and/or transportation needs.
