Kim W | Overall ExperienceNails on the ground ALLL THE TIME. Many flattire repairs and new tires from half a lock that was cut and left. Building ceiling leaks -ruined some of my items, they repaired neighbors unitbwith tin roofing for anwall to replace Sheetrock and they left empty unit doors open so it exposes other units to weather and insects etc. Raise rates for rundown units with two doors instead of one and massive puddle when it rains. CAN NOT ACCESS UNIT DIRING snow and rain. They say 24/7. Thats a lie -lock out at 9pm. People now live onsite could at least walk the grounds and look for nails and debris and sheet rock from units falling apart. The onsite bathroom is disgusting. Is NOT cleaned daily. I found a locally owned facility that is clean and professional and properly maintenance.. SO LONG UHAUL!!!! Often call office to get transferred to uhual mainline some where NOT HERE!! 2 yrs too long!! Hey hey GOODBYE!!!!!

Cheryl H | Overall ExperienceMy unit was ready in the sense that it was clean BUT the lock provided would not fit around the slot to lock it up. It was a different lock than my previous unit I've had. Unfortunately I didn't realize that the lock provided wouldn't lock until after I had moved my things in. Still happy with my unit just a bump in the road.
