I moved everything out on Easter Sunday, April 4th because somehow water got into the unit and anything sitting on the floor was water damaged. My “rent” for April was due on April 4th. I prepaid March 24th thinking I would be in the unit well into April. When I asked for a refund for April I was told “we don’t do refunds” !!! Also they advertised one month rent free and I never received a “free” month. Total scam and very disappointed.
