They have attitudes when you walk in because they’re ready to go or having a bad day. So is everyone else in the world. I didn’t do anything wrong, yet I was met with attitude when I first rented the unit when I had to go and purchase more materials from the office and also completing the rental was terrible. No one knew anything. Everyone said I don’t work in this department or I wasn’t here or I don’t know no one can give a straight answer.
