Robert M | Overall ExperienceU Haul - Horseshoe Lake I had a good experience renting a storage unit at U-Haul. I started with a larger unit, then downsized at which time the staff were helpful finding me the smaller unit near the larger unit to make it an easier move... I've recently rented a cargo van to remove my items from the smaller unit and close my account. (It happened to be the busiest weekend of the year) The van rental was a good experience, the staff were very efficient and professional.
jan m | Overall ExperienceOne item I found peculiar was that U Haul van, trucks, etc were often parked out in front of the main entrance blocking the customers parking spaces and snow removal in the main entrance area was not very good.
