Dan M | First ImpressionsI came with a worker helping me to move-in from the rented truck to the rented storage unit. When I was in the unit, the guy, without my notice head to the truck, grabbed the heys and handed them over to the office 30 minutes before the return time. The front desk customer service was unprofessional enough to check me out without verifying the person ID, knowing that his name isn't registered in the system at all, and I was still supposed to check out with my debit card for any eligible refunds. So they just decided to check me out without my notice. With that being said, I still needed the truck to fuel it up, and I still needed it to dump some waste (2 wooden EU pallets) -which the front desk couldn't give me a solution on- , they refused to resume the rental, and they said "we gave you free return extensions prior to the return that your guy made, and we saw him with you, so we trust him" I didn't even ask for free extensions. After all that, I asked for the cheapest available truck rental for the smallest truck (pickup/cargo van) just to drive for less than 5 kms to dump my pallets which I would have dumped them if they didn't check me out the, they said that I have to make commercial insurance for it at extra $20, so the total will be $40..
