I began renting a storage in 2022 and had a very good experience. However, Uhaul changed its staffing filling all positions with inexperienced staff with poor English skills. I have travelled the world and appreciate all cultures but moving is a stressful experience and time is money. On several occasions in the past year, staff had no idea what was going on with storage - couldn't find units, didn't reserve the unit, had no idea how to override system to solve problems. I moved out to another facility. I noticed in the last few months staffing has changed for the better and I had a very good experience. Staff that deals with the public must know what they are doing, be able to solve problems and have excellent English.
