U-Haul does not listen to you. They never return phone calls and don't care about your problems. I still haven't even moved into the place due to the fact that they are very inconvenient and will not answer any of my questions or return any of my phone calls.

Charged me for November storage when I moved out in October and when I called about it, the response was, I didn’t remove my lock, before hearing me out…I had a lock smith remove the lock because I misplaced the key. I’m glad it’s over!
