How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was actually 2 things that I wanted to comment about. I spent considerable time in the office trying to get all the paperwork completed. I had a busy day and didnt need to waste over an hour getting checked out. In hind site I also think the units outside the fence where mine is located shouldn't cost the same as they are not as secured as the units behind the locked gate. The location is more convenient for me but im actually paying more than I was at Moove in storage in Etters which was secured and climate controlled.

Kenneth K | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I had was that I had been expecting an outside access unit with a garage style door. I realize that maybe only the interior access units are climate controlled which was helpful. I ended up needing 3 units rather than the original 2 requested but was glad the one right next to them was available.

They were always happy to help and answer any questions I had and never felt like they were pushing anything on me. I had to upgrade my storage unit to a larger outdoor one and they handled it with ease and like it was no big deal or a problem. They made my move and transition back to PA very easy and stress-free.
