Ridiculous late fees. Lost all my personal valuable (even if just to me) items. Very sad to lose it all. Owed over 1000 with late fees should have been like 800$ yes I was behind but 200 in late fees is crazy no payment plan options available storage unit sold in auction for 500$ so that really made me upset. I should have just went and bid on it. Had about 400$ a month ago to put towards it but they wouldn’t take it due to no payment plans.
