Setting up the storage originally was horrible. Israel C was rude and not helpful. I got so upset I cancelled the storage and he never refunded my money. I had to call back to get assistance from Clever who was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Will not recommend doing storage at this location only renting a truck etc. I put helpful staff ONLY for Clever not Israel C
Ulisa M | Overall ExperienceUnfortunately, I cancelled the storage unit. It was dark and dirty. Spider webs all over. To small for the price. Israel C was not polite until the end. Understanding it was toward the end of the day customer service never stops. Will not recommend storage unit.
