How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a 10 x 10 unit and was told on arrival that the have no more 10 x 10 units. I was then moved into two different units on two different completely different floors and was forced to pay for insurance on the second unit (which is not what I reserved). Absolutely no help no customer service pick another storage facility!

This was a far superior experience from other storage facilities where I had to wait to back up to the loading platform or …. The carts were not returned…. Elevators not functional - I highly recommend UHaul on Maple Avenue in RVC!
jill e | Overall ExperiencePlease note that after being a customer for approximately two years, I had to move due to theft. Someone climbed into my unit and stole tools and a cargo storage for my car. I brought it to the manager, who told me that if I feel my items are unsafe, I should move them to another storage location. The bottom line is that she was rude and did not do a thorough investigation. I am now waiting for a printout of my check-in/out report, which they have yet to provide to me.
