FRANTZ F. | Overall ExperienceThe second floor storage was very inconvenient. I have never seen a storage that you had to climb steps to get to. This should be told to customers so they have the choice to choose something else.
TRAVIS W. | Online Move InThe parking was not great. They are returned vehicles parked vehicles all over the place and employees parked close to the facility and impeded the removing of boxes from the storage. Hopefully management can do something about it.
