NOEL V | Overall ExperienceYou park U-Haul trucks and trailers all over the parking area and drive-through’s. There were many times I was not able to get my trailer to my unit. I complained multiple times but nothing was ever done. I do not believe I should’ve had to have paid for my unit like I did because I couldn’t get to it many times. If you’re going to rent trucks and trailers, have their own parking place and don’t take the space away from the storage unit. That is why I’m leaving. Terrible.

I was only able to save a few of my favorite possessions & am comfortable they will be save with you.

DONNA S | Overall ExperienceOur storage area was dirty, needed to be swept out and we were supposed to get a free lock which was to be in r storage and was not. I was told I could return the u-haul trailer to this place and then because it says d we were to return it 2.5 hrs away (1-way) she said they had no room for it there.
